White crispy cotton is always part of my summer uniform. Long white shirt dress is the easiest way to create effortless summer look even if you leave home straight out of bed. This summer I’m after something really oversized and shapeless.

Céline SS2013 was by far my favorite collection from Phoebe Philo. One of the few items that I ever became obsessed with are these fur slippers and I’m constantly trying to hunt them down from eBay and Vestiaire Collective.

Céline AW2018 was designed by the in-house team and it is clearly an end of an era. Phoebe’s influence can be seen in a very safe collection, but same time her absence is obvious. She will be missed!

The expected news broke yesterday that Phoebe Philo is exiting Céline, and to be honest, I don’t think she will return. We can only cherish the archives that we have from nearly a decade, which in their timelessness will be relevant for many years to come.
Besides Céline, this December I’ve been inspired by the old grandpas of Paris and their way of dressing up and layering. Masculine clothes have always been my weak spot, the men’s Prada coat above with contrast top stitching would be quite a treasure.
I’m also searching for a perfect vase to cheer up our tiny apartment, something sculptural such as the ones designed by Sara Flynn.

Kimono shape and layering earrings. Pre collections tend to be my favourites from Céline, and I wasn’t disappointed this time either. I really hope the rumours about Phoebe exiting Céline are not true. To me she is like Coco or Yves of our times, revolutionizing how women dress, and it just makes so much sense.

While Paris is being burning hot (I don’t know why this still surprises me every summer), I’ve created a slight obsession for a light, robe-like fur coat. Phoebe Philo might have something to do with it.
Let’s call it Céline effect, or Phoebe Philo effect. It happens every season; there is something you always considered ugly or tacky, but then Pheobe Philo puts it on the runway and turns your mind upside down. Another example; leggings.
