Maison Martin Margiela SS09

It’s time to wrap up 2017 and welcome 2018. I’ll rather start the new year fresh and rested, so tonight’s plans doesn’t include late partying or disco outfits. I would only wear sequins if they were from Margiela.

Speaking of, in March 2018 Palais Galleria in Paris will host an exhibition dedicated to Martin Margiela. After seeing the Hermes Years exhibition in Antwerp, I can’t wait for this one!

The Row SS2015

Margiela the Hermès Years – exhibition left me longing for straight and strapless necklines. As refreshing as it was to visit an exhibition where no photos were allowed, I would have loved to share details from some of my favourite looks, such as a strapless wool jumpsuit from AW2001 collection.

This shape can look easily tacky, but combined with long and volumous bottom makes it interesting and in a right way akward.

And what about those tiger stripes?
