This week I finally sat down with the newest Unconditional magazine, which I have to say is the best yet with the amazing body-issue. I’m a huge fan of the work of Ilona Hamer and Alexandra Nataf, obviously from the aesthetic point of view but also everything that they stand for. Celebrating different female bodies throughout the whole issue in such a sensual and tasteful way gives a great example, love it.

0fr. is one of my go to – places for new magazines and fashion books. And it’s just accross my dear old home in Le Marais.

I passed by this teeny tiny magazine store, Comptoir de l’Image, in Le Marais the other day and luckily went inside. It was truly a heaven for a magazine enthusiast like me, having nearly all the old numbers of Self Service, huge selection of The Face magazine and Vogues as far as from 1932. In addition you can find new books about photography, fashion, art etc. You should definately visit this one alone, since the boutique is not big enough to fit two people. 44 Rue de Sévigné, 75003 Paris

Spring/Summer season has officially started when bi-annual magazines are publishing the new issues. The simple reason why I prefer these over monthly magazines is time. When there is six months to prepare an issue versus one month, you can imagine the difference in quality of articles, editorials, paper, layout etc. The editorials actually tell stories without being product catalogues. And as a reader I have six months to read it from cover to cover while actually processing what I see and what I read. Time is luxury.
Current favourites; Self Service, Gentlewoman, Mastermind and Finnish SSAW.

Very happy to start new year in a new home with (almost) all my magazines under one roof.
