J.W Anderson has managed to build a strong brand with recognizable aesthetics in a short time and obviously working at Loewe is not a bad side job; his leather pieces are getting better and better. Also all the bustier details were are very pure and beautiful Mr. Anderson.

Pitti Uomo is my favourite from all fashion weeks, even before Paris. Especially this season, when J.W. Anderson was one of the guest designers with surprisingly wearable SS18 collection, which was so far one his best ones. Everything from the casting to the venue, like you are sleepwalking in mr. Anderson’s dream. This took my eternal love for pyjama dressing into a whole new level.

Moodboard right now, piercings everywhere. Lately I’ve been really inspired by Anthony Vaccarello. Too bad he closed his own brand after being appointed for Saint Laurent. Hopefully the (again) new Saint Laurent will fill this void of minimal sexiness.

Men’s fashion month is coming to an end soon and as usual I can’t help but praise the collections from Raf Simons – inspired by Robert Mapplethorpe, Dries Van Noten and J.W.Anderson! My favourite designer got the inspiration from my favourite book – Le Petit Prince (cliché but true), is there anything better?

What I really wait from next fashion months to come are Vetements showing during couture week, Anthony Vaccarello’s first Saint Laurent collection (which according to the campaign images is going to be a lot more minimalistic) and Dior‘s official announcement about the new creative director! Rumors say SHE is going to be Maria Chiuri from Valentino, finally some female perspective into the house.

Vogue Italia Feruary 2016

TRENDSPOTTING – J.W.Anderson designed a capsule collection for Net-a-Porter couple months ago and it was sold out immediately. I got my eyes on the shirt of the first picture and I should definately try to do something similar by myself. If not, old shirts get a new life simply wearing them backwards, or layering.

And apparently still just stripes in my mind.
