The final weeks of 2019 for me went pretty much with hunting for an apartment – and finally changing one – and I couldn’t be happier to be done with all that stress and start the new year (and decade!) in a new home.

When it comes to new years, I don’t believe in resolutions but rather in all year long reflecting and consciousness. However, it is still a good moment to stop and look back, think about where you are in life and whether you are going in the right direction. 2019 was pretty good to me, obviously there were many moments of mental blur and clutter as usually in life, but in general I felt stronger than ever in my body, started some interesting projects and enjoyed Paris to the most. All what I wish to take with me to the new decade.

Happy new year.

The darker the days got, the lazier I got with dressing up! I wore this outfit maybe every other day in December, because let’s face it, as much as I try to enjoy the winter, I’m trying to make the bare minimum amount of decisions during the days to save some energy. And with a huge winter coat it doesn’t really matter what you wear underneath, right?

BLOOC

I was forced to take a small break as my computer broke in the beginning of December, but now I’m back with full of ideas and a new laptop. I have lots of plans listed down for 2019 and I can’t wait what the year brings along.

But just quickly returning to last year, I wanted to tell about an interview, that I did with BLOOC about our Paris apartment and life in general, you can find it here.

Yesterday I stopped by at BYREDO‘s boutique for a cocktail event to see their newest leather goods, and obviously try on the perfumes. I absolutely fell for their newest 11th Hour -perfume. It’s a bit fruitier than my latest purchase Bal d’Afrique and would be a perfect party scent.

I finally moved on from constantly asking Loewe perfume samples from different stores. I absolutely adore it but it is just way too expensive. Luckily I came a cross to the fairly new scent of Byredo; Bal d’Afrique. It is quite similar to the Loewe one, masculine and warm.
