Elsa Peretti Teardrop earrings, Harper’s Bazaar 1974
My December thoughts are now at Flounce.fi. This month I’m very into minimal jewellery with soft lines. I spotted the new Swedish brand, MUR, on instagram a while back and been thinking about their rings ever since.
Jil Sander Pre-Fall 2019 / voguerunway.com
I’m every time extremely excited for Jil Sander’s new collections and the Pre-Fall 2019 was no exception. Especially the scarf-like bags are something I’m going to keep my eyes on next autumn.
How lucky I was finding a vintage Acne Paper -magazine only for 30e at 0fr in Paris? I’ve been hunting the issues from eBay but the prices can go extremely high, so I didn’t have to think twice for this one.
I can’t recommend The Broken Arm enough. It’s my favorite concept store and cafe in Paris with such an original and simple atmosphere. It has kind of taken the crown from Colette, which closed it’s doors last December, and it’s definitely the best spot for people watching over a coffee or wine.
I found this photo I took last summer before going for drinks with friends. I miss wearing my favorite kimono, I need to plan some winter outfits around it. It’s such a versatile piece, but slightly difficult to wear with coats.
Yesterday I stopped by at BYREDO‘s boutique for a cocktail event to see their newest leather goods, and obviously try on the perfumes. I absolutely fell for their newest 11th Hour -perfume. It’s a bit fruitier than my latest purchase Bal d’Afrique and would be a perfect party scent.
My November thought are now on Flounce.fi and I really wanted to highlight this article in an archive issue of Harper’s Bazaar, especially the pictures. The left one is currently my phone’s screen saver at it really sets the mood right when I see it in the mornings. As I know from experience, winter coldness and darkness tend to affect my motivation, so this year I’m preparing early by focusing a lot on my morning routine; stretching, lemon water and planning the day.

Mango Committed AW2018
Usually I don’t like to promote fast-fashion brands, but I must confess I saved every single picture from the latest Mango Committed lookbook to my inspiration folders, which is why I decided to share some here as well. The collection reminds me a lot of The Row AW2015, which is one of my favorites from the brand.
Last week I decided to have a complete day-off and went to visit the recently updated permanent collection of Musée d’Arts Decoratifs. I strolled around alone for three hours, it was so calming and definitely one of those great museum visits when you get inspired about everything you see. The permanent collection highlights furniture and everyday-objects from Middle-Ages to Art Nouveau to 21st century and obviously my favorite floor was the one dedicated to chairs. Plus the view from the museum to Jardin des Tuileries is breathtaking.
