how much they charge for these 2nd hand magazines?

It really depends on the magazine and issue, anything between 5-80e! The owner of the shop is very aware of the re-sell prices of some iconic issues of The Face, Interview, Italian Vogue etc and knows when to set up a high price, but he has also lots of french vogues for 5e
